Jo Pond

1968, London, United Kingdom

Born in London’s Chiswick district, Jo Pond was first introduced to the art of jewellery at the Berkshire and Loughborough Colleges of Art & Design, but it was during her Masters at the Birmingham School of Jewellery that she really laid the foundations for her current practice. After dividing her time  between her work as an artist and as a lecturer at the Birmingham School of Jewellery, she now devotes herself entirely to her personal creation and lives in Derbyshire.

Jo Pond’s work is internationally recognised. It can be found in private collections and galleries and has been exhibited in museums such as the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
