Lisa & Scott Cylinder

Lisa and Scott Cylinder met while studying jewellery and silversmithing at the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, USA. After graduating, they married and began their artistic collaboration in 1988. Both artists and teachers, they run their own jewellery design studio in Maine. Their work can be found in numerous museums and private collections, including the Racine Art Museum (WI), the Museum of Contemporary Arts & Design (NY), the Gregg Museum at North Carolina State University (NC), and the Craft Emergency Relief Fund (CERF) “Bird in Hand”. Their work is regularly featured in specialised publications such as Metalsmith magazine, Lapidary Journal, American Craft and the Lark Jewelry Books (500 Brooches, 500 Necklaces, 500 Plastic Jewelry Designs and 500 Gemstone Jewels).
