Marie Masson received in 2011 her MA from the National Arts and Design School, Limoges. Since then, she has regularly taken part in exhibitions in France and abroad : the Marzee annual Graduate Show in Nijmegen, Netherlands ; Dans la ligne de mire, scène du bijou contemporain en France, at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris ; the Triennale Européenne du bijou contemporain, in Mons, Belgium, Gustavsbergs, Sweden and Paris ; Materio Talk in Paris and at the Institut français de Barcelone, Liées at the Institut français de Barcelone and most recently Des Cheveux et des poils at the Musée des Arts décoratifs (MAD), Paris. Her work is regularly awarded : in 2017, she won the Prix de la Jeune Création Métiers d’Art, and in 2020 the Preziosa Young Prize. Her work can be found in private and museum collections : Musée de la Légion Étrangère in Aubagne, and the Musée du bijou contemporain in Cagnes-sur-mer. She lives and works in Bordeaux.
