Ramon Puig Cuyàs

1953, Matarò, Catalonia

Rámon Puig Cuyàs began studying jewellery design in 1969 at the Massana School in Barcelona, graduating in 1974. He taught there from 1977 to 2016, becoming head of the jewellery design department. His work can be found in the permanent collections of many prestigious museums and in private collections around the world. He has been awarded the Herbert Hoffmann Prize three times and the Premis Ciutat de Barcelona in 2011. He lives and works in Tarragona, Catalonia.
